The Cost to Use Our Service

     Texas Bail Collections does not charge anything to collect the fees owed to the bonding company.  TBC contracts with attorneys who will add their fees onto what is owed to the bonding company.  As debtors enter into payment plans their monthly payments will be distributed 60% to the bonding company and 40% to the attorney.  If the debtor makes all of his or her payments, the bonding company will receive 100% of the funds due to the bondsman.  The only deductions that will be made from the bonding company's monthly distributions will be any fees relating to credit card payments.
